So apparently it is officially winter in Malta. Locals have long been in coats, jeans and winter boots. I personally am still in t-shirts most days. Sunday was the equivalent of a British summers day with a high of 21 degrees… A bit of wind and on the water front and I did actually see two men with hats on!

We spent this ‘winter’s’ day wandering around Birgu – one of the 3 cities. Beautiful buildings, more rock, more forts and some very extravagant boats in the harbour.

Here’s Mark and Taco and yes Mark does have a coat on but he is South African so also soft when it comes to the weather.
